Get in touch with AI Tech Spectrum.

Whether you've spotted a factual error, want to suggest a tool we should review, or have a partnership inquiry, here's how to reach the editorial team. We read every message and reply within two business days.

The fastest way to reach us

Send a focused, specific email and you'll get a focused, specific reply. Generic outreach goes to the bottom of the queue.

Editorial inquiries

For story tips, exclusive briefings on upcoming model launches or product releases, requests for coverage of a specific tool, or feedback on our published work:

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com

Please include the specific article URL (if relevant) and a clear subject line. We do not accept pre-written guest posts, but we do consider data-driven, source-cited contributions from operators with first-hand experience.

Corrections

If you've spotted a factual error — a wrong benchmark number, a misquoted source, a tool feature we got wrong, or a broken link — we want to know. Corrections are public and tracked at the bottom of the affected article when they're substantive.

Email: corrections@aitechspectrum.com

Include the article URL and the specific claim you're disputing. We typically respond within 24 hours on weekdays and post the correction within 48 hours.

Partnerships, advertising, and sponsored content

We work with a small number of partners that fit our editorial scope. Specifically: AI tool vendors interested in measurable, disclosed sponsored placements; affiliate networks for products we already cover editorially; and complementary publications for newsletter cross-promotion.

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com (subject line: "Partnership")

What we won't do: sell editorial coverage, accept gifts in exchange for favorable reviews, or run "native advertising" disguised as editorial. Any sponsored content on this site is clearly labeled "Sponsored" at the top of the page, in the URL where applicable, and in any social distribution.

Reader questions

Have a question about which AI tool you should buy for a specific use case, or want our take on a topic we haven't covered yet? Drop us a line and the most-asked questions become article topics. We can't give individual purchasing advice, but the question itself often turns into useful coverage for everyone.

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com (subject line: "Reader question")

Newsletter and account help

If you need to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can use the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter email — that's the fastest path. For other account or delivery issues:

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com (subject line: "Newsletter")

Press and media inquiries

For interviews with our editorial team, comment requests, or use of our published research in your own coverage, please email with a clear deadline and the publication you're representing. We respond on a best-effort basis and prefer email over phone.

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com (subject line: "Press")

Legal and copyright notices

For DMCA notices, trademark concerns, or other legal correspondence:

Email: contact@aitechspectrum.com (subject line: "Legal")

Postal mail can be sent to the address listed in our Terms of Use. For DMCA notices, please include all elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

Privacy requests

For requests to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you under applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, and similar), please reference our Privacy Policy and email us with your request.
